The Only Witch Queen is operated as a sole proprietorship by Jacqueline Helmis.

VAT is not shown on invoices due to the application of the German small-business regulation pursuant to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act.

The European Commission’s former online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
