Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy for physical products. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items sent back without a prior return request may not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, special orders, personalized items, digital products after access or download has been provided, gift cards, and items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Digital Products
Digital products such as PDFs, workbooks, journals, courses, downloadable files, or other digital content cannot be physically returned.
Digital products are generally non-refundable once access, delivery, or download has been provided, unless required by applicable law.
By purchasing a digital product, you agree that the digital content may be provided to you immediately after purchase. If you access or download the digital content, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal for that digital product where permitted by applicable law.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason, unless an exception applies under applicable law.
The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
