7.1 Lemon Squeezy

Some digital products may be sold through Lemon Squeezy.

Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for purchases completed through its platform. This means that customers purchase from

Lemon Squeezy and Lemon Squeezy is responsible for processing payment, collecting and remitting applicable sales tax or VAT,

handling invoices, refunds, chargebacks and payment compliance. The personal data entered during checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy

in accordance with its own privacy policy and legal obligations.

The Only Witch Queen may receive information necessary to provide the purchased digital product, provide customer support, maintain

transaction records and fulfil accounting obligations.

7.2 Payhip

Some digital products may be sold and delivered through Payhip.

When you purchase through Payhip, Payhip processes the information required to complete the order, deliver the digital product,

create transaction records and manage applicable digital VAT. Payhip states that it automatically handles EU and UK VAT for digital products

unless the seller changes the relevant settings. After a purchase, customers receive an email receipt and may generate a downloadable invoice

containing their billing information. Payments offered through Payhip may be processed by additional payment providers such as Stripe or

PayPal. Their own privacy policies also apply.

7.3 Stripe

Some payments may be completed through an external Stripe payment page.

When you use a Stripe payment link, Stripe processes payment and transaction information required to complete and secure the payment.

This may include your name, email address, billing details, payment method, IP address, device information and fraud-prevention information.

Stripe may also provide transaction and customer information to The Only Witch Queen where necessary to fulfil the purchase, provide support

and comply with accounting and tax obligations. Stripe processes personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

The Only Witch Queen does not receive complete credit-card details.

8. Delivery of digital products

Digital PDFs and other digital products are provided through the external platform used for the purchase or through a secure download link

sent after the transaction. The information required for delivery may include your email address, order number and purchased product.

This processing is necessary to fulfil the purchase contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
