2. Purchases Through Lemon Squeezy

Paid digital products are sold and processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

This means that the purchase transaction, payment processing, applicable sales taxes or VAT, invoicing, refunds and chargebacks are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its own Buyer Terms and Conditions.

The digital product itself is created by The Only Witch Queen and licensed to the customer for personal use.

3. Digital Products

The products offered may include:

  • PDF guides

  • digital workbooks

  • journaling materials

  • self-reflection exercises

  • downloadable educational content

All products are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have suitable software and a compatible device capable of opening and reading PDF files.

4. Delivery

After a successful purchase, the customer will receive access to the purchased digital product through Lemon Squeezy.

The download will normally be available through the order confirmation email or the customer’s Lemon Squeezy order page.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address during checkout.

If access to the purchased product is not received, the customer should first check the spam folder and the Lemon Squeezy order page. Further support may be requested at:

5. Personal-Use Licence

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

Customers may:

  • download the product for their own use;

  • save a personal copy;

  • print pages for their own private use.

Customers may not:

  • share the files with another person;

  • upload the files to public or private sharing platforms;

  • resell, sublicense or redistribute the products;

  • copy substantial parts of the content;

  • modify and sell the content as their own;

  • use the material to create competing commercial products;

  • use the files for group programmes, courses, coaching or professional client work without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the content.

6. Intellectual Property

All texts, exercises, designs, graphics, illustrations, product concepts and downloadable materials are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Jacqueline Helmis and The Only Witch Queen unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, resale or publication may result in legal action.

7. Educational and Reflective Purpose

The products and website content are intended for personal reflection, education and journaling.

Every reasonable effort is made to describe the products accurately.

Individual results cannot be guaranteed. Personal development and self-reflection depend on many individual factors, including the customer’s own participation, circumstances and decisions.

Minor visual differences between product previews and the downloaded file do not constitute a defect where the content and intended function remain substantially the same.

9. Prices and Taxes

The price displayed at checkout is the applicable customer price.

Depending on the customer’s location, VAT, sales tax or other indirect taxes may be included in or added to the checkout price. These amounts are calculated and handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.

10. Refunds and Withdrawal

Refunds, withdrawals and payment disputes are handled in accordance with:

  • applicable consumer law;

  • Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms;

  • the separate Withdrawal and Refund Policy published on this website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights.

11. Defective or Missing Digital Content

If a file is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible or materially different from the product description, the customer should contact:

The customer should provide the order email address and order number.

Where appropriate, a replacement file, corrected download or other legally required remedy will be provided.

12. Availability of the Website

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems or services provided by third parties.

No uninterrupted or error-free availability can be guaranteed.

13. External Services and Links

This website may contain links to external services, including Lemon Squeezy and Kit.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The Only Witch Queen is not responsible for the independent content or technical availability of third-party websites.

14. Liability

Liability is not excluded where exclusion would be prohibited by law.

Subject to mandatory consumer law, The Only Witch Queen is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, personal decisions made on the basis of reflective content, or problems caused by incompatible software, devices or third-party platforms.
